I have the spooky stuff, journey to batuu, vampires, paranormal stuff, island living, and realm of magic game packs purchased and installed on my ps4.
5 of the packs have been installed and usable until last night when i bought the vampires pack and started to download it. My area lost power and it didnt come back on until this morning and now i am experiencing problems with my purchased packs. I had to redownload and reinstall them and it shows on my ps4 that everything has been installed and up to date but when i launch my game it shows that i have purchased them but i have to download them to use them and when i check what add ons i have for my sims game in my game library it shows all 6 packs but they are locked. I really want to play with the vampires and i am severely frustrated because i have uninstalled and reinstalled the packs and restarted my game and console multiple times for 3 hours now and nothing is fixing the problem. Everything i have done so far is all that the trouble shooting guides offers to fix the problem and it hasnt been fixed.

Hi @MasterChiefRenny,

Were these the steps you followed to manually redownload the DLC content after uninstalling it?

Quit the game if you have it running.

Go to your Library.

Choose Purchased.

Select your game.

If you’re installing a Battlefield game and you have Premium, make sure you download your Premium pass too.

Scroll down to Playstation Store and open My Add ons.

Find your bonus or Premium content in the list and start the download. This can take a few minutes or up to half an hour. Relax with a drink or snack while you wait.

When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart your game.
