Error code

Since March 17th i have been unable to save my game. Im getting error code 423:84f8bed6:a0269094. I was playing day time and everything works fine. But in the evening when i was playing and try to save i got that error code. I was doing Royal and legacy Anansin 3  mission and Life and death tarot cards mission. It doesn’t matter where i try to save. Same thing everywhere. World save, live mode, new save, building mode etc. Try even different playstion 5 but nope. Now it has been two weeks and nothing i can do about it. Even try to contact EA but no one doesn’t answer. I start to lose my interest to play this game anymore
