@jeremyizawesome  Did you try the troubleshooting steps listed in the other thread?

Yes still did not work unfortunately 

@jeremyizawesome  How many saves do you have? Can you save if you go to manage worlds and save from there instead of live mode?

No I Cant, when I go to manage worlds even without saving It gives me the error code, and I have 3 saves I used to have 4 but when the issue first happened it erased the current newest save I had which brought it down to 3 when I try to save a new game to that same erased slot I get the error

@jeremyizawesome  Do you have a back up save in the cloud you can load? If so, delete your local saves and sync your saves from the cloud. All I can find on it is that it's a save corruption.  

I might that's something I can try I just dont want to risk deleting everything and have all that work lost

Just tried that deleted it from the console and re synced it and it did not work I dont know what else to do

@jeremyizawesome  The only other users with this error were on PC and they have instructions on moving files.  The post linked previously is the only troubleshooting post I could find for Console. You can go back through that post and do the steps that  @EA_Arrenai  Suggested again before trying it. There were two separate posts by them with different troubleshooting steps. Refer to posts #2 and #6. 

I saw that PC users had this issue so I don't how my xbox got it and I tried those 2 troubleshooting steps and still didnt work so I dont know what else I can do 

Know any other tips

@jeremyizawesome  If your back up saves in the cloud are also affected I am not sure what else to advise you to do that doesn't involve deleting everything. You can try posting in the other thread, or I can have your post merged into the other thread to see if the CM can assist you further.

I'm getting error code 22 & none of my households, room builds, etc will save. I also can't save anything to My Library or Gallery! On top of all this I've tried to load all of my saved games & they all come up with a message that says game failed to load! This has been happening since 1/16/20! Please help!!!

Older saves are also affected I'm wondering if its my xbox

@jeremyizawesome  Is there any other code that appears after the error code 22 crash? Also I did flag your post for a CM so they are aware of it.

I’m having the exact same thing happening to me and there are lot others are I’ve tried all the technicAl but still nothing since gallery update everything just 👎🏾

Yes its frustrating isnt it my game save is 2 years old I dont want to restart

I didn't even think about the new update it just randomly happen to my game after working fine

I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AS WELL....I CAN STILL LOAD MY LAST QUICKSAVE, BUT IT WILL NOT LET ME SAVE ANYTHING AND THE GAME WILL JUST CRASH WHEN I CHANGE GAME STATES, TRAVEL, GO INTO CAS... IT ALL STARTED SHORTLY AFTER THE GALLERY UPDATE TURNED ON. I HAVE 2 YRS WORTH OF PLAY AND OWN EVERY EXPANSION AND PACK. VERY FRUSTRATED!
