Comfy gamer kit items locked

hello hello i've had the comfy gamer kit for awhile and for some reason today when i try to get the items the items are locked and idk what to do can someone help? idk if it's a glitch or something else.

First, please be sure this Kit is fully installed to your console with the steps here:

Restore the licenses on your console

Go to your Game Library

Scroll to Your Collection

Select The Sims 4

Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here

Select the DLC in this list and select Install

When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

It is installed on my console and game it just says its locked and for some reason its showing the simoleon price and then .00 with it but ill try this out and see if it fixes it

So I was but I did what you suggested before and I fixed it so the problem is fixed thank you!
