@chauncy913 Do you have a USB stick you can load both saves on to and open the usb folder with the saves on the PC and see if there is a weird naming with the one that isn't appearing? The saves will be normally named like Slot00000004 with the number at the end varying or having a letter.

@chauncy913 A USB would be something to look into getting for backing up saves on your PS4 since you do not have PS+. Corrupted saves can happen for any game, not just Sims.

There's a help page here that details how to backup data from the system to a USB. https://manuals.playstation.net/document/gb/ps4/settings/data_system.html

You can try to rebuild your database on the PS4 to see if it helps. To do this, make sure you have a controller that can connect to the console with a USB cable. Rebuilding the database will not delete any data unless it is corrupted. https://www.playstation.com/en-za/get-help/help-library/system---hardware/power---system-stability/safe-mode-on-playstation-4/

    1. Connect the controller to the console with a cable. This is required.

    2. Shut the console down completely. Wait until the light bar darkens.

    3. Press and hold the power button on the PS4 until the console beeps twice.

    4. Select "Rebuild Database" in the safe mode menu.

    5. Wait for the system to finish.
