@Kennab1695 I can’t download the app on my phone can’t seem to find it in AppStore, only for fifa and ufc EA… I’ve still not got the game either, so upsetting.

Are you still only seeing an option to purchase Growing Together in the PlayStation Store? 

Please check your game library on your console as well following these steps to see if you can install Growing Together:

• Restore the licenses on your console 
• Go to your Game Library 
• Scroll to Your Collection
• Select The Sims 4
• Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
• Select the DLC in this list and select Install
• When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

@EA_Solaire I’ve tried all of that and nothing, or on the EA app, the money has come out of my bank but no game ☹️

If you've purchased it for console, you won't be able to access or play it through the EA app, which is for PC only. Please check the purchase history on your PlayStation, is the transaction showing as successful for Growing Together? 

@EA_Solaire On my banking app yes, on my PlayStation it’s not in my library, purchases, downloads nowhere, search it on ps store and its still saying I can buy it

Thanks for checking this! If you're not seeing it in your purchase history on your PlayStation account, but you have been charged, please go ahead and contact PlayStation support so they can review your transaction details with you a bit further and see what's going on with this order.
