@GridironGuy88 I'm just wondering if the pack they are from aren't probably installed. There's some issues with EA App and Origin.

Have you tried a game repair now ?

    Hi there @GridironGuy88,

Let's follow the steps here to be sure all your DLC is fully installed to your PS4:

    1. Quit the game if you have it running.
    2. Go to your Library.
    3. Choose Purchased.
    4. Select The Sims 4.
    5. Scroll down to PlayStation Store and open My Add ons.
    6. Find your DLC in the list and start the download.
    7. When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart your game.

If the content is still missing once you've checked this, please be sure to let me know!

  • @EA_Solaire I followed these steps and realized when I got to My add ons, it didn’t install for some reason.

I installed “High School Years”, then restarted it and now the missing items are back in the queue.

    Thanks for your help!
