- @crinrict I think I have an idea that ever since I downloaded High School Years is when the items started to disappear
- @GridironGuy88 I'm just wondering if the pack they are from aren't probably installed. There's some issues with EA App and Origin.
Have you tried a game repair now ? @crinrictHow would I do that? Im on PS4 by the way

Hi there @GridironGuy88,
Let's follow the steps here to be sure all your DLC is fully installed to your PS4:
- Quit the game if you have it running.
- Go to your Library.
- Choose Purchased.
- Select The Sims 4.
- Scroll down to PlayStation Store and open My Add ons.
- Find your DLC in the list and start the download.
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart your game.
If the content is still missing once you've checked this, please be sure to let me know!
- @EA_Solaire I followed these steps and realized when I got to My add ons, it didn’t install for some reason.
I installed “High School Years”, then restarted it and now the missing items are back in the queue.
