If it's not showing in your transaction history, it sounds like you may have purchased this pack on a secondary account instead of the account you're currently logging in with. We don't have access into your Xbox purchase history as these transaction are made through Microsoft, but you can reach out to Xbox support here so they can look into this further and see what's going on with this purchase.
