No Gallery Access PS5

So I want to start off by saying I am connected to the internet. However, when I open the gallery I don’t have access—I only have access to whatever is in my library. I went into options and I see that Auto Reconnect has a check mark beside it but Online Features Access isn’t even showing at all. My game is up to date. And my EA Account is linked (I've triple checked—plus I’ve been able to collect rewards from Lady Bridgestone’s Masquerade Ball event). So at this point I have no clue what to do. I have even restarted my system, turned it completely off and turned it back on again, made sure I have the most current update, disconnected from the internet and reconnected, etc.

P.S.—I am not getting any kind of error code if that’s a thing for this kind of issue
