Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? I don't know what a cheat console is.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have 25 of them. Cats & Dogs, City Living, Cottage Living, Desert Lux Kit, Dine Out, Eco Lifestyle, Get Famous, Get to Work, Get Together, Island Living, Jungle Adventure, Kids Room, My First Pet, Nifty Knitting, Outdoor Retreat, Paranormal Stuff, Realm of Magic, Romantic Garden, Seasons, Snowy Escape, Spooky Stuff, Star Wars, Strangerville, Vampires, Wearwolves
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens after I play for about 10 minutes. Every time.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game shuts down and takes me to the Xbox home screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect it not to shut down.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This has been going on for about a week now. I have restarted my system repeatedlt, deleted my save game entirely,  uninstalled and reinstalled everything, and cleared the cache on my system. I can't send screenshots because I get no notice it will shut down. I followed every step offered for this problem since 2019. Can you guys get this fixed, it is very annoying. None of the rest of the games I have installed on my system have this problem.

    Update: I got ahold of Microsoft to see what could be done on their end. They had me reset my Xbox to factory and then try to open a game. By this point I had already reset to factory twice and removed every game I own. I reset to factory again and began the 2 hour process of reinstalling The Sims. There was something wrong however, because it was done in 20 minutes. Tested and was able to open the game with the Xbox rep on the line, so they considered it solved and advised I return to you if the problem occurs again. I was pleased until I realized what the problem was. Only the original game had loaded, even though it claimed everything had. I reinstalled yet again but this time chose not to add 3 of my expansions. It worked, sort of. It is still glitchy and still crashes at random, but on the bright side it is back to actually opening the game. Sometimes. Currently it has been trying to open the entire time I have been typing this message. The music is still playing and the messages under the diamond keep changing, but it's been roughly 10 minutes and I don't believe Agatha Snow is going to make it to her second acting gig tonight. 

    I could really use some assistance with this.
