Yea i have this issue too but mines even worse then what you have. I even Sent a video clip to simgurulegacy on the day of the last patch showing how bad it was. Im also on w ps4 pro. The framerate is terrible and my textures can look really off too now. The lag is effecting everything in game, even the clock which now doesnt seem to work on speed 3 half the time.
