Community ManagerTurning the network settings off on your PS4 while loading the game should resolve this for you and allow you to get to the main menu. If you'd like to try this, you can turn off your network settings from your PS4's main menu by heading into Settings-> Network and uncheck the box here for Connect to the Internet.
That is the issue, like I mentioned in the beginning of the post. When I have no internet connection, I cannot play Sims4. When the weather is bad, my internet goes out for a while, and that is when I cannot play the game without internet. Also, that setting is always off because I had it like that for a few years now. Settings-> Network and uncheck the box here for Connect to the Internet. I had this unchecked for years. This why I am saying the game is not playable without internet. Thank you for the reply.
