Is your PSN ID linked up with your EA account? Please first check that your accounts are fully linked together. Let's also try restoring the licenses on your console as well with the steps here.

I logged into my EA account which stopped those from popping up. It however is still showing all of my items as new every time I load the game. Is there any way to stop that? Also thank you for answering

For the items in Build/Buy mode, they'll stay highlighted and showing as new until you've selected each specific new item- are these items all still showing as new items even after you've selected them all in Build mode?
They are still showing up even after I select them all. It does this for CAS items as well.

I meant the Create A Sim items as well as the build/buy items.

It's every item from every pack. Only things that don't are from base game. It resets every time I load the game even if I checked them the day before.
