Help

My game keeps cutting off after 2 mins of game play but this been happening for months now just not 2 mins in … now I’m trying to get back in it’s telling me my packs need to be installed … I’m trying to installed error codes keep popping up. I’m on PS5 and this is just weird af. It’s always something with this game and to think of all the money spent on expansion packs or kits for itty gameplay is insane … please someone help I don’t know what to do I restore license restart my system EVERYTHING
