Re: redownloaded sims 4 on ps5 and some packs are missing

Hi @lilxxlina 

If you follow these steps, are the packs showing as unowned?

  • Restore the licenses on your console 
  • Go to your Game Library 
  • Scroll to Your Collection
  • Select The Sims 4
  • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
  • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
  • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    i just followed the steps and the packs i had still are shown as not purchased ☹️

    @lilxxlina is it possible that because i bought the packs that are missing as a bundle before that’s why it’s not showing? because the packs that are missing are the vampire, island living, and the realm of magic

    @EA_Solaire i’ve only bought sims packs on this account i looked through the transaction history and it shows the packs that i have currently but the bundle for vampires and magic one and the island living aren’t on there
