Console Bug Reports

My game is taking well over an hour to get past the loading screen to the main menu. Once I reach the main menu, the marketplace is completely inaccessible. The entire format of the main menu is changed where I can’t even view packs because of it being under the label of marketplace which will not let me access it due to not being signed into my EA account, however the loading screen clearly refers to me as the username of my EA account. I’m sure this is in part to the new update and the marketplace launch. But the loading screen taking over an hour is excessive. And then having to then exit out of every single pop up for each pack I own on top of the hour of waiting to for the game to load. And these are just the bugs at the launch of the game, I haven’t even had the opportunity to play yet.
