Any bonus content doesn't get shared across accounts, so if the pack was bought on his account instead of yours, it will only be available on his profile.

Thank you for your reply. That's a bummer! I got the other free stuff when we first bought it, like the guitar etc. Oh well 🤷🏽‍♀️

Oh why? I have the same issue but in my case even my husband doesn't have the bonus content. I always buy all expansions via his account because he had The Sims 4 on his profile.
