Re: Sims 4 Dogs & Cats, My First Pet Pack Download Not Showing

Which console do you play on, and do you own the Cats & Dogs and My First Pets Bundle on disc, or as a digital download?

I did a digital download. When I see it in the store it says "Already Owned". It's not loading into my game. Everything else that I've bought has worked except this one.

Let's be sure your content is fully installed by following these steps:

If you play on Xbox-

Highlight The Sims on the dashboard

Press the Menu button on the controller

Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"

You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

For PlayStation-

Restore the licenses on your console

Go to your Game Library

Scroll to Your Collection

Select The Sims 4

Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here

Select the DLC in this list and select Install

When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
