Sims 4 Dogs & Cats, My First Pet Pack Download Not Showing

I've purchased multiple expansion packs and they all seem to be working EXCEPT the Dogs and Cats, My First Pet Bundle. I was going to buy other packs until I saw this one not working as I don't want ...

    Let's be sure your content is fully installed by following these steps:

    If you play on Xbox-

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    For PlayStation- 

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

Hey there @dd5b558af11774da,

Which console do you play on, and do you own the Cats & Dogs and My First Pets Bundle on disc, or as a digital download?

I did a digital download. When I see it in the store it says "Already Owned". It's not loading into my game. Everything else that I've bought has worked except this one.
