For installing games you can follow these steps. 

1. On any Xbox One console, sign in using your Microsoft account, and then connect to Xbox Live.
2. Go to My games & apps > Games.
3. Browse your collection to find the game you want to play. (Uninstalled games will show under the Ready to Install tab and you'll be prompted to install the game before playing.)
4. When the game is installed, select the game from your collection, and then select Play.
