@MelanieLittleWal have you restarted your game? On console it has to be restarted for the content to show up in your game.

Or what you may need to do is take a look at your list of Sims 4 add-ons and make sure it has downloaded. I play on Xbox and I would go to Manage Game and Add-ons then ensure that the box for the kit has a check mark in the box. If not I tick the box, Save Changes and it will install.

But if nothing works just pop a reply back here and let us know if you are on Xbox or Playstation.

It's a great kit, I hope you enjoy it once it's working!

    How do I see the add one? In the game it says I have the 2 expansion packs but when I go to “mange games and add ons” I just see the game and not the packs

    @ayejasmine14 which platform are you using? On Xbox I use the button with a circle and 3 horizontal lines across and select Manage Game and Add-ons. It shows me the game title on the right hand side of the screen (attached). I click that to see the Add-ons. I then see a list with check boxes and make sure all are ticked. If not I tick the ones that aren't and hit Save Changes and it tells me they will install. 

    I then restart my game.

    Are you game-sharing or were these packs purchased directly on your account? If you're not seeing them under the Manage Add-Ons section, please check the transaction history for your console to verify these packs were bought on the account you're currently logging in with.
