Stuff packs show installed but are still not showing up sims4

I tried this and it is still not working. All add ons weren't purchased by me I did download some from my friends account. They were working fine before but kept getting the items have been removed w...

How do I see the add one? In the game it says I have the 2 expansion packs but when I go to “mange games and add ons” I just see the game and not the packs

Hey there @ayejasmine14 

Are you game-sharing or were these packs purchased directly on your account? If you're not seeing them under the Manage Add-Ons section, please check the transaction history for your console to verify these packs were bought on the account you're currently logging in with.
