I am having this issue in Live Mode as well, yes. Whenever I click on a Sim or an object nothing happens and as if I never even clicked but as soon in my settings and everything I can click everything as normal. And I have tried multiple saves now, old ones and new ones and the issues keep coming back right away. It's gotten bad enough that it started happening in CAS as well. I'm not really sure what to do.

Have you tried a full uninstall and reinstall of your game? Which game version are you currently using?
