Every single vampire 100% of the time on every single console I've played it on Xbox and play station

Would you attach a quick video to your post of what happens when you try to use the perk tree please? 

Actually no I can't as I've just gone to do so and it appears in the most recent update it's been fixed and just not mentioned in the patch notes I've tested it every update and I just didn't want to this time as it started to get annoying however I now regret this decision as it seems I am now wrong however I am using an Xbox one so I don't know if it's fixed on other concoles, thank you for your time and in ever so sorry for wasting it
