Re: Xbox Sims 4 expansion pack.

Hi there @kwb3,

This sounds like Get To Work isn't installed currently on your Xbox, so let's follow the steps here to be sure it's fully downloaded:

• Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
• Press the Menu button on the controller
• Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
• You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
