Xbox Sims 4 expansion pack.

I bought Get To Work expansion pack on the Xbox series s for the Sims 4 and I purchased it through the Xbox store and it's not appearing in my game at all its gite upsetting because I bought it a yea...

    Hi there @kwb3,

    This sounds like Get To Work isn't installed currently on your Xbox, so let's follow the steps here to be sure it's fully downloaded:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    If you still can't access your content once you've tried this, be sure to let me know!
