Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I'm not sure if any one else has experienced this but I removed a few of the add-ons I have for the Sims 4 and then decided a while later to re-download them. However the game recognises I own the add-ons but despite them being re-installed successfully through the app, the game isn't recognising them as installed. I have emptied cache, restarted my EA app multiple times, fixed the games and app, tried removing and reinstalling. Still nothing. My neighbourhoods show up in the world map but are not playable and just say "once download is complete, restart app". 

Any help would be highly appreciated.
