Sims 4 Gallery

For the last week or so I haven't been able to access the Gallery on Sims. I can access my library and view things I have previously downloaded, but when I want to find a different base Sim on the gallery nothing comes up. It seems like the Gallery just isn't working? I've already updated the game to it's latest version, checked my internet connection and restarted the game several times. Does anybody know how to fix this?? Or is it just a bug console players are experiencing?
