Sims 4 Help

Question

I play sims 4 on xbox, I have a a lot of the add on content. Since the last update my game has not worked it will not even load. It isn't a problem with my xbox all my other games work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now and it still will not work. Any ideals?
