Sims 4 keeps crashing in build mode

Game takes long time to load to menu and everytime I go to build mode it crashes and game play freezes a lot and lags really bad its a new game save and i have tried deleting and re-downloading the game and packs but still didnt fix it. I play on Playstation 5 so no mods or custom content. I have all packs kits and expansion packs except men's wear.
