i’ve just done an update on my xbox and then the sims 4 which took about an hour to update, now it’s stuck on the sims 4 screen but making noises as if i’m playing and i can even hear the noises of a sim, i’ve restarted and quit the gameplay but nothing is working, i’m on xbox one. please help!!

My Sims 4 game is frustrating me. Since the new update my Sims 4 game will not load after I sign in. It crashes. I re installed it. Everything even my packs. I restarted my console multiple times. I went into offline mode. I just have no idea what to do.
