Re: Connection is Required error

So at first I thought we were having just a small error. Now my game and all my saves are completely Unplayable!!! This is unacceptable, I have several packs that I have uninstalled and reinstalled in different ways and still can't be accessed. I didn't get any of them through plus, I bought them with hard earned cash. If there is no resolution to this I will be boycotting the Sims. I will get on every social media platform and tell as many ppl as possible to avoid this game at all costs. It feels like I'm being conned out of my money. Every time we get a "fix" something else breaks. When is enough, enough? When do we no longer decide to be victims in this charade? No one here was able to help, nor do I think they really care. Especially since there has been silence after the "uninstall and reinstall and check license" advice. Did that, made things worse. I only get to play one day a week and now I can't even do that. Thanks for ruining my one day of play EA.
