No tattoo freelance
I have an xbo X.. I have Uninstaller all 36 pack/game and made new characters.. still cnt get the tattoo freelance trade to pop up..
trammell22 the Tattoo artist "career" is actually a Small Business option. You need to start a Small Business, here's the guide on how to do that. It's a fun career. I'd recommend adding a nice waiting area and a coffee bar to generate extra income. You'll get to unlock tattoo designs too that are only available when playing the tattoo artist.
