Sims 4 will not save, keeps crashing on PS5

I know you all know this has been a problem for a long time now and everyone has had to pay 500+ dollars to enjoy your game. We all deserve an update on why the bugs are still there, why we can’t save (no, the files are not corrupted, not an acceptable answer, but that shouldn’t happen either - it doesn’t happen in other games, why would you tolerate it from yours?), and when it will be fixed. Me and several of my friends are all playing on ps5 and experiencing the same issue. We’re about to boycott it at this point…. What’s the point of continuing to play a game that is barely playable/barely savable. People WILL start switching to other cozy simulation games if this kind of stuff isn’t taken seriously. Even the influencers are getting upset.   🤷🏻‍♀️
