Sims 4 won’t load

Xbox player so I have no mods. Game just won’t load, tried restarting power cycle etc and it just won’t load, it shows the neighbourhoods but will not load any sims. About 50% of the time it just crashes to a black screen or I get the endless loading screen. This is absolute garbage. Do NOT tell me I need to spend the next 12 hours reinstalling packs, come on just make it work! Please!

    I was having the same issue for the past couple months. So far it seems like its working okish for me. I can get in and play but i cant do getaways or it crashes. Have you tried getting into another game for like 5 mins then trying the sims again? That was the only way i could load it
