Community ManagerFirst let's take a look at the issues you're seeing with your packs. Please try the following to ensure all your content is fully installed:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
For your issue with the Gallery, can you attach a screenshot to your post please showing what you're seeing?
I've rebuilt my database in my ps5. The packs now say I own them as it should be. However the gallery isn't working still.

Thanks, is this happening with all content from the Gallery, or just this one household? Which game version are you currently playing on?
It doesn't happen when you only look for ps4 sim creations but for pc it does this.
I'm on version 2.12.

Gotchya, earlier this week an update was released for PC and Mac players- the console versions of this update ran into an issue during final testing and will be delayed. We're working to get this update to console ASAP.
Since PC and Mac are now on a different update version, you won't be able to download any items from the Gallery created by PC and Mac players that was created after 5/27. Any items created prior to the 27th should still be accessible for you to download in your game.
Please let me know if you're seeing issues with older content in the Gallery as well.
