SIMS4: Toggle Menu Stuck on Screen - PS5 Player

Today I started my Sims4 game as always, and when I went into my gameplay, the toggle menu is stuck on. I went to tutorial & tips then under game options I UNCLICKED “enable help center icon,” which in theory should remove the toggle menu. But No, it still stays on my screen. This is absolutely Infuriating that the game is not responding or recognizing the settings. This is horrible as I cannot play my game now! Does someone have a way to remove the toggle menu from the screen because it is not responding to the game option center that is unchecked. I even unchecked “enable guidance system,” which is still is not working to remove the toggle menu from my screen please help. HELPPPP!!!!
