Thanks for reporting these issues, these situations are definitely not ideal and we'll want to investigate into this a bit further.

It sounds like you may be experiencing a few different bugs that we're currently tracking:

For neighbors coming into your home uninvited, please see the bug report here: NPC Sim invades home - inconclusive Cause (Patch 1.110)

For the inappropriate family relationships, that's being tracked here: Romantic Relationships among close family members

And for the excessive flirting, it sounds like you may be seeing this bug: Sims excessively flirt with others

The excessive flirting may also be caused through the Free Love N.A.P. with the Eco Lifestyle expansion. You can either vote for a new N.A.P. through the community voting board in your neighborhood to change this, or you can disable N.A.P. voting in the in-game settings to select the specific N.A.P. you want to have.
