Slimming potion causes seems to become fat, changes their hair and clothing

Ever since the small businesses update this game has become unplayable. There’s so many bugs that it’s gonna take some time to itemize them one by one so here’s an another report.

When taking the slimming potion bought in the rewards menu, my SIM became fat, it changed his hair and it put on five layers of clothing

He doesn’t even own. It was so bad that I had to restart the game from a previous save. I’ve never seen this bug before. And I can’t find any report of it. I’m on console so no mods. I’m including a picture to show how dramatic this is. I’m on PlayStation five if that matters.
