Snowy escape and wedding venue not loading for me.

I have had snowy escape end wedding venue for a while they’re downloaded on my Xbox but for some reason that particular world still is not opening despite it saying I already own the packs. I even bought them another time and it still will not work.

    what exactly happens when you try to load them ?

    Have you ever been able to use them ? Do they show as usable on the map ?
