Community ManagerHave you also verified that your gamertag/PSN ID is fully linked to your EA account with these steps?
Yes it's linked. since I've gotten a ps4 and remained linked when I got a ps5 two years ago. On the game it's self there used to be a check box that we check but was removed when the July update happen
