Syncing data from Xbox console and Xbox PC app

My xbox console sign-in is different to my EA account PC sign-in, but both accounts point to the same Xbox account. How do I sync the game from one to another?

    DeanBallDarlo​ Save files are specific to the platform you're playing on, you're not able to transfer your save files between your console and PC.

I dont want to transfer packs, as I'm not using any. I just want the actual game to sync.

The PC and Xbox console are different platforms. They do not communicate like you are wanting.
