The Sims 4 forever friends event on console

I did the download on 23 September 2025 just after 6.15 PM. loaded up game after download. can’t find forever friends event on my PlayStation five game. Where is it?

    I have resolved the problem by restarting my PlayStation, and now I have the event hope this helps out other people.

    This happened to me, so I restarted my console. Then it showed up.
