Transfer packs Xbox one to Xbox x/s
Hi there,
I’ve bought a lot of sims 4 packs on my xbox one over the years but I’m looking to upgrade my console to the series x/s. I have the base game on disc. I know that you cant transfer between different platforms however I don’t know if this counts as cross platform.
Any help would be appreciated :)
Do you own the packs on disk as well, or are those digital?
If you own them digitally, when you get your new console just be sure to sign in with the same Xbox account that you purchased your packs on, and your full Xbox game library will transfer over. Your saves should transfer over as well as long as they're stored to the Xbox cloud. You can follow the steps in this guide to make sure you transfer everything correctly:
If you own everything on disk, you'll need to make sure to get the Xbox X, which has the disk drive included. You can then pop your disk into your new console and access your games.
