Unable to access certain worlds, screen turns white

Whenever I try to access Evergreen Harbor map the screen turns white, this has never happened before. I'm unable to back out, because the screen gets stuck so I end up having to restart the game but I'm still dealing with this issue until this bug gets fixed.

Just to confirm, do you have any residential rentals in Evergreen Harbor?

In the meantime, if you haven't already, please try power cycling your console and confirming that your game and console system software are up to date to see if there's any improvement. Thanks!
