Unable to access the gallery on PS4

I haven’t played sims since February, however when I last played, I had access to the gallery. Now, 6 months later, I am unable to access it. I have checked my PlayStation connection many times, however nothing seems to be working. This has really been annoying me as I hate building, so have always relied on gallery builds to make my houses. I have restarted my game many times, I am definitely logged in, so I don’t know what could be the issue.
