Unable to save certain lots to library or gallery.

It's not a problem with anything but the game. My connections are good, I play on Xbox so no mods or cc, and I have tried multiple different files to save this one lot. I've taken it apart room by room and rebuilt it. The only place it ever saves to is the showcase. I can't find it anywhere else. My sister looked for it, and could also only find my lot on the showcase. I looked up the problem, and a lot of people have experienced this, or similar with being unable to save lots to either platform. I don't know if this has been reported for, as many times as I saw it complained about on reddit. I've been trying to solve this problem for weeks. But it's clearly a bug.
