Where are my Sims 4 packs?

    Hi there,

    Let's try the following to ensure all your packs are fully installed:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    If you're being prompted to repurchase these packs instead of downloading them, let me know!
