[XB] Event not showing

Is your Xbox currently connected online? Are you able to access the Gallery? 

EA_Solaire  yeah, its online - the xbox has three accounts on it, my account works ok, the other two don’t show the event on the tab on main menu or ingame, the check for updates say all up to date, do the other accounts now need to be linked to EA now or should it be fine being console? I think the only difference is my Microsoft account is linked.

Have you checked if you can access the Gallery on these other two accounts? 

Thanks - doubled checked the settings and the other accounts somehow lost online social features being turned on, dunno why it was turned off but easy fix :)
