Xbox Accounts are Offline

I'm trying to collect the rewards from the natures calling event but no matter what I do, my ea account is always considered offline. I play on Xbox. I've tried restarting and I've gone into the settings to manually reconnect the ea account. I have a perfect internet connection. It started after the patch they released to try and fix the pregnancy bug. I can not access the gallery at all either. Of course I can see all of the packs I can buy though (Loud eye roll).

    A lot of others were having this issue as well. 

    Go into Game Options, Other and then reconnect your EA account.

    I didn't know about this until another player told me to try it. It worked and my game is almost back to normal. Now just for EA to fix the build/buy filter and stop the issue of people being unable to save when their games/builds.
